Aim of this tool is to enable all our employees to contribute to Brawo’s innovation and development.
In an ever-changing world, innovation is the key to maintaining competitiveness and significance in the market. This is the reason why we have enthusiastically embraced the ideas box project. For several years now, it has allowed us to collect incentives and proposals from all perspectives.

Regularly, a dedicated committee composed of members of our internal staff and union representatives meets to evaluate all proposals received. This committee carefully reviews each idea, taking into consideration:
