Brawo's Logistics department manages the flow of materials from the arrival of the raw materials to shipment to the end customer, following it through all production phases, whether performed internally or by subcontractors and processors. Regarding internal logistics, the use of innovative autonomous and automated handling systems has allowed to implement by far the production process, eliminating low-value activities.
With three strategically located offices in Europe, the United States, and Canada, Brawo coordinates and plans the delivery solutions best suited to meet customer needs: from consignment stock, which offers immediate material availability and reduced inventory, to just-in-time production and a vendor management program for the American market.
