The variety of its machinery allows it to handle both extremely complex parts and continuous production of large batches, maintaining consistent quality and optimized cycle times.
These easily equipped systems are ideal for small series with complex geometries. The use of Numerical Control (NC) machining centers allows compliance with the most stringent dimensional requirements.
Flexible cells are the most efficient solution for medium-to-large production batches. Thanks to the rotary table and multi-axis configuration, they guarantee higher productivity than traditional machining centers, maintaining precision and operational continuity.
Up to 12 stations and 58 tools offer unparalleled versatility. Rotating vices and clamps, tilting units, and multiple spindle heads allow the machining of geometries that are not possible with other systems.
Machines dedicated to processing parts from profiled bars further expand the department's production capacity, allowing for the production of specific components.
