Brawo offers different types of surface treatments and galvanic treatments for brass and aluminum. The wide range of available solutions allows us to identify the most suitable choice for each product based on customer requirements.
This treatment increases the surface hardness and resistance to corrosion and wear.
Customers can choose between natural or hard anodizing, depending on the desired characteristics. Natural anodizing can also be colored.
This treatment ensures uniform coating thickness, as well as high hardness, wear resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance. Nickel plating is performed chemically, eliminating the problems related to product geometry typical of galvanic processes.
Tin plating, nickel plating, and chrome plating increase wear and corrosion resistance, thanks to the galvanically deposited material on the surface, providing unique surface finishes.
A surface cleaning and passivation treatment that improves the material's aesthetic appearance, combined with increased oxidation resistance in the case of brass.
Cleaning treatment using stainless steel or other specific material to abrade the surface.
