Innovative simulation software tools have become necessary for defining our forging, machining, and dimensional control processes. The results obtained through these tools allow us to proactively correct any potential causes of process malfunctions before moving on to the mass production phase. This allows us to achieve increasingly efficient results, eliminating the risk of errors in the finished product and significantly reducing time-to-market.
During the mechanical processing planning phase, Brawo also performs FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis to prevent any negative effects caused by deformations resulting from part positioning and clamping systems.
Another software used is the MES (Manufacturing Execution System), through which Brawo monitors and manages every aspect of production. Specifically, the software allows us to verify plant productivity in real time, ensure product and equipment traceability by calculating their remaining life, and organize maintenance and quality services.
